Do you ever cash in on your birthday perks or do you find they aren’t “worth it”?

A no strings attached birthday offer – we love it! Plus, this tactic is super locally relevant. As you may or may not know, driving/parking can be nightmarish in and around Los Angeles. So, to offer customers truly free valet parking is a great idea that appeals to a wide range of customers.
So, how can you make your birthday perks easy, fun and locally relevant? Answer these questions to get started:

- How can you take a simple courtesy (like a case discount on wine, for example) to the next level for a customer on their birthday?
