Post-Opening: Build Awareness

Let’s face it, one of our goals is always going to be “building awareness.” While your Grand Opening may have reached a critical group – you’ll need to continue to let people know you’re there. People are creatures of habit, if they’re used to exiting the subway to the left, or parking on the other block, or use a side building entrance… they may miss that you’re there!

Also… be sure to send Thank You notes to all those who supported you with the Grand Opening event. Thank the media, any dignitaries, family, friends and staff who went out of the way to help you.
