How is it going?

That’s the question you should always be ready to answer.

How are sales? Actual versus projected? Transactions? Average purchase amount? How are your customers reacting? What initial feedback do they have? What coverage has the media provided of your opening and events? What’s the buzz on social media channels?

Be ready to adjust… do you need more product? More staff? Broader operating hours?

All of these things need to be monitored and tracked.
