Your “Daily Special” board is used to feature both products and services. It could be a sign permanently mounted in-store or an a-frame you bring to the curb – or perhaps you have both! This is a great way to drive customers to buy specific products.


While, in the past, this board may have been used primarily to feature menu items, don’t overlook the potential to use it to build awareness of local events and upcoming food items.

  • Keep this board fresh.
  • If your customers know what you’ll be featuring next month, they may come back sooner.
  • Recommend pairings of items to increase ticket.

You’ll see these in Starbucks as “Daily Offerings” where the barista writes in key featured items.
