Food trucks are all the rage these days, but a spa with a food truck?

Destination Spa Canyon Ranch took their famous cuisine by chef Scott Uehlein to the streets last week in NYC with a food truck.

Spa cuisine is often an overlooked aspect of the destination spa experience, but it’s portable and a creative way to take the spa on the road.

The “Eat, Play, Live” truck was sampling tasty and protein-packed treats like breakfast smoothies and fruit and nut bars, lunchtime turkey meatloaf sliders, salad and cookies. They were also giving people a chance to enter a sweepstakes to win a stay for 2 at one of Canyon Ranch’s many destinations.
